Projara is a Bubble.io web application that generates AI-powered Request for Quote (RFQ) responses. Velcod extended the product beyond plain-text output, building an automated document-generation pipeline that converts user inputs into professionally formatted, download-ready Microsoft Word files, and stabilized the surrounding workflows inside the live app. The result is a seamless generate, preview, and download experience that makes AI output business-ready in seconds.

The challenge

Projara already had a working AI workflow, but its output stopped at raw text, leaving users to do the formatting themselves and blunting the product's professional edge for business use.
